Office Administrator
Johanna graduated with her MBA from Lipscomb University. She has worked for All Phase Guttering for six years. She is a fan of lists and is genuinely happy to come to work every day to help the office run as it should. Johanna enjoys keeping up with her kiddos and her dog Lucy, hanging out with her husband, cooking, traveling and reading.

Karen Flatt
Bookkeeper/Office Manager
Karen, a Franklin, Tennessee, native has been with All Phase Guttering for 15 years. She has 31 years of experience in bookkeeping with a speciality in cash management and accounting. She enjoys loving on her grandbabies, spending time with family and friends, and live music. Why she loves working at All Phase Guttering: “I have never worked at such a family-oriented company and they have made me feel like family. It is so great to work at a place that values both their employees and customers.”
Chuck Ettinger
Operations Manager
Chuck graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Harding University and has worked for All Phase Guttering for 12 years. Over the last 12 years with the company, Chuck's roles have included sales, managing the install schedule, communicating with customers and contractors, ordering needed job materials, and helping prepare the crews for each day. He enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies, playing sports, life group at church, and connecting with others.

Nathan Rose
Installation Manager
Nathan has been at All Phase Guttering for almost 20 years. He is in charge of all crews and he is our master craftsman with copper and all our speciality guttering. Nathan loves working outside, building with his hands and designing.

Jason Young
Sales Manager
Jason is a graduate of the University of Texas and is originally from Plano, Texas. He has extensive experience in sales including 14 years with Caterpillar. He is a dog lover, has three children, enjoys golf and fishing, and football season will find him in the stands supporting his son who plays under the Friday night lights.

"Not only did they do an immaculate job installing gutters (which was what they were hired for), but they also literally saved me from my previous project (underdecking) turning out to be a complete disaster. When the gutters went up, they knew there was a problem with the aesthetic look of the overall patio project due to how the underdecking was installed. I likely cost them an hour or 2 of work time asking questions. These 3 men worked like a surgical team together. Professionalism at it's finest. I took a chance and hired someone without a referral. I am very happy I did. I would recommend these folks to anyone looking for new gutters. The crew was neat, quiet, well organized and on time. And the results: incredible. Really nice."

"I used All Phase to repair and replace some gutters on my new home. I highly recommend them. The sales team was knowledgeable, friendly and honest. The work crew came on time, was efficient, and respectful of my home. The best part, is we thought we had an issue with a gutter they adjusted. They came out immediately and helped me pinpoint the issue. It ended up being a roofing issue and pointed me in the right direction. They easily could have sold me additional services but chose to help me find the right solution."
